A useful corporate gift brief begins with the recipient and occasion. A trade customer, an office team and an outdoor event may call for different items. Choose the type of set first, then discuss its contents, logo treatment and packaging.
Choose a set for your audience
Jingtow’s corporate gift range includes trade tool kits, roadside tool sets, BBQ sets, tumbler and notebook sets, wine accessory boxes, and picnic dining and thermal sets. These provide starting points for customer gifts, staff recognition and business events.
List the items you want included rather than relying on the set name alone. The selected model and sample should be used to review the actual contents and materials. For roadside sets, review any electrical or battery items against the sample.
Prepare your logo artwork
Send vector artwork where available and describe the placement you have in mind. Include the requested logo size and colours. A logo that works on a notebook may need a different treatment on a metal tool or drinkware item.
Laser engraving or screen printing can be discussed according to the selected item and material. Review the decoration method, print area and appearance with the sample rather than assuming the same treatment applies to every item in a set.
Discuss packaging with the contents
Include your preferred presentation and any packaging material requirements in the enquiry. The packaging needs to be considered alongside the items, quantities and logo work. If a set will be given to clients or distributed at an event, explain how it will be presented or handed out.
A sample review is the point to check the complete set, artwork placement and packaging together. Record any changes before approving production.
Plan quantities and the order schedule
Tell us how many sets you need, the destination and your preferred schedule. Allow for the discussion of contents, artwork and sample approval when planning the order. Jingtow’s usual FOB terms include a 30% deposit, with typical production of 25-35 days after deposit. The quotation will provide the schedule for the selected order; transport time is a separate part of the plan.
